Responsibilities:

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Install and repair fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize service calls.
• Work independently, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.
• Communicate with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid plumbing license/certification.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong communication skills and good character.
• Well-organized, punctual, and able to work alone for residential service calls.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
