We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee residential construction and repair projects, working closely with homeowners and subcontractors to ensure exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction and repair projects from estimating to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Keep track of job costs and ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Managing and leading a team of construction professionals to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions effectively to the company owner, homeowners, and subcontractors.
  • Utilize your can-do spirit, positive attitude, and strong communication skills to interface confidently with clients.
  • Ensuring that all construction activities adhere to regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction project management or residential construction and/or maintenance (appreciated but not mandatory).
  • +1 year of residential construction experience (appreciated but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivation, energy, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in interfacing with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to use own vehicle for work.
